Lausamo Project has opened a sub-office in Saint Petersburg. The office will work in the beginning as a project office and turned later to constant office. The office is located in the very center of Saint Petersburg.

Lausamo Project is starting a P-stage design for a large construction material plant in Tver, the full size of the project is over 52.000 m2, the work will be finished until autumn.

New project for us is an extension of a shopping center in Kutuzovskiy Prospect, there we design preliminary design and option is for P-stage and Working documentation.

We have started working documentation design for food industry complex in Moscow region. The complex will be app. 13 000 m2 and amount of buildings totally 12 pieces. The work will continue until summer 2011.

Lausamo Project is finalizing the design of Stockmann logistic center move from Kulon to Shodnya. Size of the Project was 11 000 m2. The center includes logistic warehouse with racking and administration part in three floors.
